Geoffrey’s practice focuses on Employment Law – Management and Municipal Law, representing employers and governmental entities throughout West Tennessee and beyond.

In his employment law practice, Geoffrey advises management on a wide range of labor, employment, and human resources matters. His work includes counseling employers on compliance with federal and state employment laws such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the National Labor Relations Act, and other laws affecting the workplace.
