Geoffrey "Geoff" Moore

Attorney Geoff Moore’s representation to catastrophically injured victims has landed him on the Super Lawyers® list (2023) after years on the Rising Stars℠ list (2018-2022), an honor limited to 2.5% of the lawyers in the state of Florida. Geoff prides himself with both clients and fellow attorneys as being approachable and trustworthy, while being a fierce advocate for injured parties.

For the past five years, Geoff Moore was selected to the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 under 40, an invitation-only organization extended exclusively to trial lawyers practicing civil plaintiff litigation or criminal defense litigation.

Geoff’s clients have entrusted him to litigate and pursue many life-changing settlements and verdicts. Recent examples include a products liability case against Coloplast for a defective transvaginal mesh in Federal Court in Orlando where the jury awarded our plaintiff a $2,500,000 verdict. Prior to that in an auto trial in Sarasota County the jury awarded our plaintiff a $3,455,363.01 verdict for disc herniations, and the trial before that involved a partial fingertip amputation in Orange County where the jury awarded $200,000.00. In 2017 he was a member of a trial team that received a $1,100,000.00 verdict in a nursing home negligence case.

Geoff is an active member of the Florida Justice Association (FJA), a statewide group of trial lawyers dedicated to representing individuals and families against big insurance companies and other corporations. He also serves on the FJA Nursing Home task force – a group specifically dedicated to protecting the rights of nursing home and assisted living facilities residents. Mr. Moore has volunteered time in Tallahassee lobbying and testifying in front of the Florida Senate on behalf of nursing home residents.

When not practicing law, Mr. Moore serves on the Central Florida Zoo board, dedicating time to an organization committed to the global and local education, conservation, and preservation of wildlife. But, most importantly, Geoff enjoys spending his time with his wife and two young children.
