About Gerard R. O'Meara
Gerard R. O’Meara practices in the areas of civil litigation, insurance defense law, real estate, corporate and commercial transactions, probates, wills and trusts. He has been the sole legal representative of several local credit unions in all their commercial matters (collections, foreclosures, personnel and employment law issues). He also has represented Bank of America, EquiCredit and NationsCredit in the bankruptcy courts throughout Arizona.
Gerry is the attorney for the Diocese of Tucson, handling all diocesan corporate, personnel, and real property matters. Prior to joining the firm, Gerry spent two years with the Pima County Attorney’s Office, prosecuting criminal cases and handling civil appeals.
