Ginger L. Murray is a founder based in Madison, WI. The practice focuses on Adoption, ADR, and Child Custody. Ginger has over 30 years of legal experience. For nearly 30 years, my career continues to focus on helping families going through transitions. I have advanced training from attending top notch seminars with the best presenters from all over the United States, Ireland, and Australia. In addition to years of training, I have years of experience serving as guardian ad litem, attorney for parent(s)/guardians, arbitrator, mediator, litigator and parent coordinator. I also spent years presiding over family law matters (custody, divorce, legal separation, paternity, support, etc.) as the Family Court Commissioner in two counties.
It is my passion to help families get through what can be extremely emotionally taxing cases, in ways that focus on children, and help reduce the trauma they experience as their family environment shifts. As a former Mathlete, (yep, I was on my high school math team), I welcome the challenge of working through the financial matters involved in divorces/legal separations, including: business interests, gifts, inheritance, prenuptial agreements, and determining the proper income for self or under employed parties to achieve fair support (child and spousal) orders. A strategy is created with each client, with an eye toward the end result that best suits my client's needs. When I am not at work, I am with my husband, two daughters, pets, at the lake, or training for my next triathlon (having already completed an ironman)!Nearly 30 years of experience in Family Law.
