Mr. Givens is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the State of South Carolina and the United States District Court. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Sumter County Bar Association.

Mr. Givens is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the South Carolina Association of CPAs.
