Gordon E. R. Troy

Subsequent to that decision, the firm has prevailed in proceedings before the United States Trademark Office’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and international trademark offices to cancel or prevent generic registrations of the word “Pilates.” Prior to establishing his own practice, Gordon gained experience as a young attorney in New York’s boutique Intellectual Property practice, primarily representing Fortune 100 companies, which makes him exceptionally effective in advocating for his clients.
