After practicing for five years at a large New Orleans law firm, Graham continued his career at SNW, drawn to its collaborative, growth-oriented environment and focus on serving closely held businesses and public-sector clients in Louisiana.
Based in New Orleans, Louisiana, Graham maintains a general business and litigation practice with an emphasis on Commercial Litigation, Business Organizations (including LLCs and Partnerships), and Municipal Law. His work includes complex commercial disputes, real estate and land use matters, partnership and ownership conflicts, and director and officer issues. Graham also advises businesses on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and employment-related concerns.
Graham has represented clients across a broad range of industries and at various stages of growth, from emerging companies to established enterprises. His representative matters frequently involve allegations of breach of contract, unfair trade practices, racketeering, misappropriation, and fraud. Clients value Graham’s practical, business-focused approach, which considers legal strategy alongside operational realities. His litigation experience spans state and federal courts throughout Louisiana, including appellate courts and bankruptcy adversary proceedings.
A substantial portion of Graham’s practice is devoted to advising owners and operators of short-term rentals (STRs) in New Orleans. These matters often involve municipal regulations, enforcement actions, zoning, and compliance issues within a complex and evolving regulatory framework. Graham regularly publishes updates and guidance addressing changes in STR legislation and related municipal law developments.
A New Orleans native, Graham earned his B.A. from the University of Virginia before returning home to obtain his J.D. from Tulane University Law School.
