Harvey I. Stern

Harvey Ira Stern runs the Beverly Hills office and oversees our Construction Law Practice. Harvey excels at bringing parties together in compromise and has consistently gotten favorable results for his clients in court. He has argued before the California Court of Appeal and has been published by that same court.

Holding both a real estate broker’s and a general contractor’s licenses he is also the President of both Vision Realty and Vision Construction and Development. Having brokered, purchased, developed, and built many projects gives Harvey a decided edge when discussing and evaluating your case. It saves many hours of researching the intricacies of the construction and real estate by your attorney.

Born and raised in Ohio, Harvey attended Kent State University and holds a BS in Business administration. His ten-day vacation to Los Angeles after graduating college has lasted for over 30 years, during which he earned his Juris Doctorate.
