Mr. Marrache heads the litigation department focusing on catastrophic accidents that have caused serious injuries from traffic accidents; accidents caused by commercial trucks; accidents in public and private premises; defective products; dog bite; wrongful death; and abuse of the elderly among others. Mr. Marrache personally supervises each step of the process from the investigative stage to its conclusion. He applies his knowledge and experience properly to distinguish whether it is necessary to take a case to court, reach an amicable settlement, or use the services of a mediator.

It could be said without a doubt that the difference between Mr. Marrache and other attorneys is that he is always available to his clients. He doesn't hesitate to show up through both bad and good times. He is aware that an accident can change a person's life in an instant, even more so if it is catastrophic. Not only is the client affected, so is the family environment, especially the spouse. Likewise, it impacts the daily life of the client, since it affects their personal life, their work, their finances, their daily activities. Before becoming a Lawyer, Mr. Marrache was a seasoned “Litigation Paralegal” with more than 15 years of extensive experience in catastrophic personal injury litigation, being in charge of litigation and preparation of cases to be brought to the courtroom. court. All of this experience, "from the trench" one might say, places Mr. Marrache in a unique position to handle catastrophic and severe injury cases. More importantly, to advise, guide and assist clients who have been seriously affected.

Eager to bring his extensive practical knowledge and experience to the courtroom, Mr. Marrache worked full-time while also studying at law school. After a long and arduous effort, Mr. Marrache received his Juris Doctor degree in 2007 and was admitted to the California Bar in May 2008.
