Hee Jin Chang

Hee Jin Chang is Senior Trial Counsel at Germer, where her practice focuses on civil litigation, with an emphasis on commercial disputes. Her experience includes representing clients in matters involving business torts, contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, and employment matters, as well as advising clients on general corporate matters, corporate transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to earning her law degree, Hee Jin received an M.A. in International Development Policy from Georgetown University. She earned her undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin, where she majored in Government while distinguishing herself both academically and athletically. In addition to her academic achievements, Hee Jin is a Big 12 Champion, six-time NCAA All-American swimmer, and two-time Olympian who represented South Korea.

Outside of her practice, Hee Jin enjoys spending time with her husband, Jake, their two children, and their poodle. She is also active in the Junior League of Houston and enjoys training for triathlons.
