Hillary M. Sharp Dimitri

Hillary M. Sharp Dimitri is an Associate in the firm's Miami office, specializing in both domestic and international disputes. Her practice encompasses complex commercial litigation and arbitration, with a particular emphasis on Latin American and Brazilian matters, as well as cross-border litigation and transnational issues.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Sharp Dimitri practiced at an Am Law 50 firm, assisting clients on domestic and transnational disputes, international arbitrations, enforcement of foreign arbitration awards and money judgments in the U.S., and 28 U.S.C. 1782 petitions. She began her legal career representing insurance carriers before the courts of Florida, honing her litigation skills and deepening her commitment to defending clients' rights.

Originally from the Dominican Republic, Ms. Sharp Dimitri is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian, enabling her to overcome language barriers and foster seamless communications with her international clients. She leverages her unique multicultural perspective and linguistic proficiency to adeptly guide international clients through complex legal frameworks, while addressing their inherent concerns and uncertainties with exceptional skill.
