About Iman Hosseini

Iman is a member of the firm’s Labour + Employment, Business Disputes, Corporate/Commercial, Wills, Estates + Trusts, and Construction + Engineering practice groups.

Iman is experienced in a broad range of litigation matters with several years of experience in employment law, commercial, construction and estate litigation. He has appeared at every level of Court in British Columbia and has successfully resolved matters before the Employment Standards Branch and the Human Rights Tribunal.

Iman completed his articles at a leading employment law firm in Vancouver. Following his articles, Iman developed a diverse practice as a commercial litigator at a multi-service Vancouver law firm, where he was involved in a wide array of complex litigation matters. In addition to litigation, Iman assisted clients with various real estate and corporate matters.

Iman is a regular contributor to the Civil section of the Professional Legal Training Course (PLTC) Practice Material for the Law Society of British Columbia. He holds a law degree from the University of Ottawa where he was the recipient of the Harold G. Fox Scholarship. While at law school, Iman volunteered with UBC’s Law Students’ Legal Advice Program (LSLAP), Ottawa’s Housing Justice Project, the Access Pro Bono Society of BC, and the Conviction Review Project. During his third year, Iman completed an academic exchange at the University of Vienna with a focus on international business law and dispute resolution.

Prior to law school, Iman earned his Bachelor of Arts honours degree, studying Psychology at Simon Fraser University while working concurrently as a research and teaching assistant.
