As legal counsel for the Alabama AGC (Associated General Contractors), he drafted and facilitated passage of comprehensive reform legislation for Alabama’s competitive bid law. He has attained statewide prominence in the field of public procurement law, counseling both business and government as well as shaping legislative and regulatory initiatives in the field.
