J. Mark Wilson

A registered patent attorney, Mark Wilson has been recognized nationally for his experience and expertise in intellectual property. Although Mark can be found regularly in the courtroom, his practice broadly encompasses all aspects of intellectual property counseling, from IP acquisition to litigation and everything in between.

Mark came to the firm in 2007 as a partner after practicing law for nine years in the intellectual property group at Alston & Bird.
