J. Miguel Hernandez

With a background in chemical engineering, he prepares and prosecutes patent applications across various technologies, including chemical processes and medical devices. Miguel offers strategic advice on international IP portfolios and represents clients in post-grant proceedings before the PTAB. Miguel has tried multiple IPRs through a final written decision, including appeals to the Federal Circuit.
