Jackson Hall Tidwell

Jackson primarily focuses his practice in the firm’s transportation department, which is comprised of railroad and FELA defense litigation, trucking defense litigation, and standard auto negligence cases. He has assisted in the successful defense of Class 1 railroads, such as CSX Transportation and Norfolk Southern Railway Company, as well as multiple intra and interstate motor carriers. Jackson also possesses years of experience representing commercial and individual clients in a variety of different areas of civil litigation more broadly, including with respect to issues related to premises liability, contract disputes, and personal injury. Prior to joining the firm in 2016, Jackson graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where he served as a member of the Tennessee Journal of Business Transactions. In 2012, Jackson graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Management Information Systems. When not in the office, Jackson enjoys mountain biking, skiing, and spending time with his wife, Sarah, and their two dogs.
