Jacob Diamond

Jacob Diamond is an Associate in the New York office and concentrates his practice in Construction Litigation, New York Labor Law Defense, Premises Liability, General Liability Defense, Bodily Injury Defense, and Automobile Negligence Defense.

Prior to joining London Fischer, Jacob was a litigator where he obtained extensive experience handling complex cases involving commercial litigation, product liability, wrongful death, employment law, catastrophic event response, child sex abuse, bailment, and bad faith litigation. Jacob also served as a law clerk in the Superior Court of Essex County, New Jersey, where he clerked for several judges in matters relating to General Equity, Civil, and Family Law.

Jacob strives to assiduously defend individuals and entities from the inception of a matter until its successful conclusion.

Jacob holds a J.D. from Cardozo School of Law and obtained a B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of Miami.

When Jacob is not practicing law, he enjoys hiking and glamping, playing golf and basketball, and engaging in the culinary arts.
