Jacob R. Agee

Jacob ("Jake") R. Agee focuses his practice on insurance coverage analysis, insurance coverage litigation, and defense of bad faith claims. Mr. Agee is experienced in analyzing and litigating coverage under commercial general liability, commercial property damage, automobile, errors and omissions, garage liability, homeowner's, business owners, and inland marine coverage policies. Mr. Agee primarily handles coverage disputes arising from claims for environmental contamination, construction defects, fire losses, property damage, personal rights violations, property rights violations, officer and director malfeasance, employee misconduct, bodily injury, and wrongful death. Mr. Agee is also experienced in handling contribution, allocation, and subrogation disputes between carriers on multiple carrier losses.

Mr. Agee is licensed to practice law in Indiana State Courts, United States District Courts for the Northern District of Indiana, and Untied States District Courts for the Southern District of Indiana.

Mr. Agee is a graduate of Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Agee served as intern for the Indiana Department of Insurance - Legal Department. He obtained his B.A. in History from Indiana University.

Mr. Agee is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and Indianapolis Bar Association.

A native of Vincennes, Ind., Mr. Agee resides with his wife in Zionsville, Ind.
