Jake A. Roth

Jake Alexander Roth is a Partner in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale East office. He primarily focuses in the area of first party property insurance defense.

Mr. Roth is a May 2020 graduate of Florida International University College Law. During law school, he was a member of the FIU Law Review and Moot Court team in addition to participating in the Business Innovation & Technology Clinic. After participating in the Business Innovation & Technology Clinic, Mr. Roth was awarded for Outstanding Contributions and Work in the Business Innovation & Technology Clinic.

During his law school career, Mr. Roth was able to gain a wide variety of legal experience starting with his first summer, during which he practiced Personal Injury Protection (PIP) law. He also interned at the Securities and Exchange Commission before gaining business litigation experience as an intern and as worked an Associate in other firms.
