James Burch

James Burch is a dedicated personal injury attorney at Morgan & Morgan’s Alpharetta office. He advocates for individuals who have been wrongfully injured. Originally from Alabama, James earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama in 2015 before pursuing his legal education at Georgia State University College of Law.

Before joining Morgan & Morgan, James began his legal career as a prosecutor, where he gained valuable courtroom experience and honed his trial advocacy skills. His time in prosecution gave him a deep understanding of the legal system and a strong sense of justice, both of which he now applies to fighting for injury victims. His background in litigation allows him to approach personal injury cases with confidence and determination, ensuring his clients receive the representation they deserve.

Admitted to the Georgia Bar, James specializes in personal injury law and works tirelessly to secure fair compensation for his clients.
