James Matthew Welch

Experience Mr. Welch has over twenty years of experience handling complex commercial and business tort litigation. A substantial portion of his practice has involved the defense of accountants from liability claims involving allegations of negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and violations of deceptive trade practices statutes. He also has significant experience in corporate compliance and has litigated a wide range of other types of cases in both state and federal courts involving professional liability, partnerships, commercial transactions, deceptive trade practices, personal injury, mass torts, and federal false claims.
