James Price, Esq.

Mr. Price is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, the Middle District of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals of Florida. He has practiced exclusively as a civil trial attorney since he joined the Firm in 2000. His areas of concentration are civil litigation, focused on insurance defense, personal injury and construction litigation. Mr. Price has successfully served as lead trial counsel in jury and non-jury trials in the field of personal injury, construction defense and property damage claims.

A native of Bradenton, Florida, Mr. Price earned his Bachelor’s Degree with honors at Samford University, Birmingham, Alabama, and his Law Degree at Florida State University, Tallahassee, Florida, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and served with distinction on the Florida State Law Review and Mock Trial Team. Mr. Price has been a Partner of Price, Hamilton & Price, Chartered, since 2005. He is the husband of his lovely wife, Heather, father of four children and is an active member of First Baptist Church of Palmetto.
