Jamie recognizes that each case is unique and often involves sensitive topics such as divorce and child custody disputes. She has also successfully managed complex grandparents’ rights cases, all with the utmost care for the welfare of the children involved.

Understanding that many families are moving to Colorado, Jamie is well-versed in the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act (UCCJEA), helping parents navigate the legal landscape during these transitions. Jamie earned her Juris Doctorate from Campbell University School of Law, graduating cum laude in the top 15% of her class while serving on the law review. She also graduated cum laude with an undergraduate degree in Political Science and Communications from the University of Northern Colorado.

Jamie is deeply committed to giving back to her community — as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), she compassionately supports children caught in the dependency and neglect system. Additionally, she volunteers her time and skills to help victims of human trafficking, providing pro bono legal services to those in need.

Jamie embraces challenges in both her personal and professional life, viewing each as an opportunity to grow and thrive. An avid weightlifter, she has participated in and won several Strong Woman Competitions, demonstrating her determination and resilience. Growing up in Colorado, she enjoys staying active and cherishes spending time outdoors with her family, whether hiking, snowboarding, or swimming together.
