Jared B. Tsai

Jared Tsai, Esq is a senior attorney with Rossi Law Group. He defends self-insured employers, third party administrators, and insurance companies in workers' compensation cases. He brings his extensive experience in litigation to clients in the Southern California area. He is very familiar with all aspects of claim handling, including moving cases to trial and navigating the appellate process. Customer service is placed on the highest priority.

Jared has practiced workers' compensation defense in the Southern California area for over 16 years. His experience includes the handling the defense of public school districts, universities, county agencies.

He gradated from UC Berkeley with a B.A. in political science. He graduated law school from Santa Clara University.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his cat and 2 dogs. As a big fan of Marvel, he enjoys collecting vintage comic books.
