Jared C. Glugeth

Jared C. Glugeth is a partner at Glugeth & Pierguidi, P.C., practicing in both New York and New Jersey. As one of the firm's trial attorneys, he manages a broad range of personal injury cases. His practice areas include construction accidents, motor vehicle accidents, general negligence, and motorcycle accident cases.

Mr. Glugeth began his legal career over a decade ago at a well-known personal injury firm in New York City. Throughout his time there, he managed numerous cases, leading to multiple successful verdicts, including several with six-figure outcomes and multimillion-dollar settlements on behalf of his clients.

In a recent notable achievement, Mr. Glugeth secured a $5.75 million settlement for a construction accident involving a failed makeshift hoist. This incident resulted in catastrophic injuries for the worker involved. Over recent years, Jared has worked on various complex cases related to motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, and premises liability, leading to settlements and verdicts amounting to millions of dollars for his clients.

Jared completed his law degree at Touro College's Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where he volunteered at the Law School’s Pro Bono clinic. He earned his Bachelor’s degree cum laude from Montclair State University and was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honor Society.

Residing in Hoboken, New Jersey, with his wife and two children, Jared is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys playing basketball and snowboarding.
