Jason A. Brodie, Esquire is a Multi-Award-Winning Lawyer. Jason firmly believes family legal matters require a depth of experience and understanding that only comes with years of experience and a prepared legal team. This philosophy is proven time and again in his success advising clients in their marital, parental and children’s rights.

Jason works closely with clients to build trust, design strategies and relieve the anxiety of divorce while fostering solutions to the most difficult family-related legal challenges. By providing consistent understanding, compassion and recognition that each family’s case deserves personalized attention, Jason A. Brodie attracted the attention of fellow Florida family advocate, Joshua K. Friedman. Together with their team, Brodie & Friedman P.A. continue to set a new bar for a broad range of Florida family issues.

Jason A. Brodie earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with honors from the University of Florida in 1997, and his Juris Doctor in 2000 from the University of Miami School of Law. Upon admittance to the Florida Bar, Jason began his legal career in South Florida with a boutique law firm. Today, Jason continues to build on his early successes through his hands-on leadership at Brodie & Friedman, P.A. where his work is defined by the opportunity to give every client the individualized attention they deserve.

Jason is a member of the Florida Bar, the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the South Palm Beach County Bar Association. Jason was recognized by his peers as a 2010 Rising Star and Super Lawyer from 2013 to 2024 by Super Lawyers. In addition, Jason is a multi-year recipient of the Client Distinction Award by Lawyers.com and was voted in Nation’s Top One Percent by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel since 2015.

Active in the community, Jason continues to serve on his community’s bylaws and nominating committees. Jason A. Brodie is a member of the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, and sponsors community events such as the Allianz Championship, a Champions PGA Tour event that benefits Boca Raton Community Hospital, and the Palm Beach County March of Dimes Signature Chefs & Wine Extravaganza. He also on the Professional Advisory Committee of the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County and supports Stand Among Friends, which promotes opportunities for people with disabilities to live a life without limits and experience the highest degree of independence and success in their communities; the Anti-Defamation League, the nation’s premier civil rights/human relations agency that fights antisemitism and all forms of bigotry, defends democratic ideals and protects civil rights for all, as well as advocacy organizations that provide safe havens for victims of domestic violence such as Women In Distress of Broward County.

A Maryland native, Jason has called Florida home for more than 20 years. He is joined by his wife Jaclyn, also an attorney, and their two beautiful children.
