Jason Ciluffo

Jason A. Ciluffo has nearly twenty years of experience in all facets of insurance defense litigation, handling matters including commercial transportation and motor vehicle liability, premises liability, general liability, and New York State Labor Law from incident scene response through verdict and appeal.

Jason specializes in and prides his practice on his vehicular incident response investigations, regularly arriving at active accident scenes, wherein he leads a team of personnel charged with procuring and preserving essential evidence including video, witness information and statements. This valuable practice has been the foundation for numerous successful litigation defenses, including dismissals, discontinuances and favorable settlements.

An accomplished litigator, Jason regularly appears before the State and Federal trial and appellate courts of New York and New Jersey where he zealously advocates on behalf of his clients on complex legal issues at all stages of litigation.

In his downtime, Jason treasures the time he spends with his young daughters, spending his weekends at soccer fields and dance and gymnastics studios.
