Jason Krieser advises clients on all aspects of technology transactions, outsourcing matters, telecommunications and other complex commercial contracts. He is an internationally recognized advisor on business process and information technology outsourcing matters, including offshore outsourcing. He also handles technology development and licensing matters, joint ventures, key supply and distribution agreements, manufacturing arrangements, strategic alliances, ecommerce matters and other technology transactions.
