Jason Rosenberg, a partner in the Atlanta office, is a member of the firm's Intellectual Property-Trademark & Copyright Group. Jason focuses his practice on trademark, copyright and advertising enforcement, litigation and counseling, as well as adversarial matters before the Trademark Trial & Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.

Jason’s clients call upon his experience to help them protect some of the most famous brands in the world, and he has successfully represented them in trademark, false advertising and domain name matters against infringers and cybersquatters around the world. Jason also has considerable experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes copyright litigation in the entertainment and technology industries.
