About Jason Giannetti

Jason Giannetti, a graduate of Boston College Law School, has been practicing law since 2003. He has had his own firm - The Law Offices of Jason Giannetti, Esq. - since 2004. In 2010 he moved his offices from Framingham, MA to Coolidge Corner, Brookline, MA. Since then he has expanded and has hired a number of legal associates. While he had his firm he assisted people with all sorts of immigration issues: adjustment of status, Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card), Fiancee Visas, Visitor Visas, Deportation Cases in Immigration Court, Board of Immigration Appeals, and even Federal Appeals. Since October 2024 he joined the Boston Immigration Law Firm FitzGerald Law Company as an Associate, where he continues to represent immigrants in their journey towards permanent immigrant status in the U.S.
