Jason H. Klein

Jason H. Klein is a partner in WSHB’s Phoenix office. With over 20 years of experience, Jason is a skilled litigator handling complex civil litigation, including general liability, employment, construction defect, and transportation cases. He has represented international, national, and regional corporations, carriers, and businesses (including Fortune 500 companies) as well as individuals in state and federal courts in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Kansas, Missouri, and Wyoming. Additionally, Jason has successfully litigated a wide variety of first-party and third-party insurance cases. He holds an AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell and is also a regular presenter on trial and litigation strategy.
