Jason has extensive experience drafting and prosecuting patent and trademark applications, patent and trademark litigation, licensing, infringement and patentability analysis, due diligence and portfolio management.

Jason has a focus on electronic, computer, semiconductor and software technologies but has prosecuted hundreds of utility, design, and plant patents involving a wide variety of technologies such as wireless data transmissions, security and counter surveillance, frequency spectrum analysis, optics, medical devices and databanks and cellphone accessories.
