Jason Solomon

Banks and other financial institutions rely on Jason Solomon’s strategic advice on a wide variety of financing transactions. He has extensive experience in representing corporate trustees, administrative agents, and other service providers in connection with a vast range of financial transactions.

Jason is the partner-in-charge of the Charlotte office. He focuses his practice on the representation of trustees and agents in financial transactions and related litigation, bankruptcies, and restructuring. He regularly represents indenture trustees, owner trustees, administrative agents, collateral agents, escrow agents, custodians, and other service providers in all types of financial transactions and asset classes, including MBS and ABS securitizations, high-yield debt transactions, project finance matters, and lending facilities. While Jason has closed several hundred transactions with his trustee clients, of equal importance to his practice is his representation of trustees and agents in situations involving litigation and bankruptcy.
