Jason Walker

Jason S. Walker was admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars in 2010 and is currently an associate in the PIP litigation department of Flynn & Associates, P.C. Mr. Walker is currently a member of the PA and NJ Bar Associations.

Mr. Walker was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and is a graduate of the Northeast Catholic High School for Boys. He earned his undergraduate degree in Risk Management and Insurance from Temple University, Philadelphia. Mr. Walker received his Juris Doctorate degree from Widener University School of Law, Wilmington, Delaware.

Mr. Walker, prior to earning a law degree, worked in auto insurance claims for American Independent Insurance Company. He also worked in claims for State Farm Insurance Company where he became licensed physical damage appraiser. His prior insurance claims experiences included handling un/underinsured motorist claimant for AAA Mid-Atlantic Insurance Company, before being hired as an investigator in the Special Investigator’s Unit (SIU) of Unitrin Insurance Company. While working as an SIU investigator, Mr. Walker was a member of the International Association of Special Investigators (IASIU) and was also a Certified Insurance Fraud Investigator (CIFI).

Other pre-law affiliations and attributes included New Jersey Special Investigator Association (NJSIA), The Reid Technique of Interviewing and Interrogation, American Educational Institute – Casualty and Fraud and Claim Law Specialist and Associate in Claims as recognized by the Insurance Institute of America.

Mr. Walker has spent the majority of his legal career in the insurance fraud (SIU) and PIP fields, defending and prosecuting arbitrations and as such is extremely well versed in both New Jersey PIP law and the alternative dispute process. Recently concentration includes fraud investigation, consisting of analysis, prevention and litigation.
