Jay Romer

Jay Romer earned his BA from St. John’s University in Collegeville, Minnesota, and Juris Doctor from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University. His primary areas of practice are commercial real estate law and business advisory practices. Jay has over 20 years of experience developing and managing retail and commercial real estate properties including new construction build to suit projects for national credit tenants, acquisition, rehabilitation, and adaptive reuse of urban properties. Jay enjoys sailing, skiing, and backpacking and resides in Lakewood, Ohio

In 1997 Jay founded and serves as co-Principal of Great Lakes Resources, a commercial real estate development and property management firm with a portfolio of owner managed properties. His focus is developing and managing retail and commercial real estate properties including new construction build to suit projects for national credit tenants, acquisition, rehabilitation, and adaptive reuse of urban properties. Jay enjoys sailing, skiing, and backpacking and resides in Lakewood, Ohio
