An attorney since 2017, Jean began her real estate career as a real estate agent representing buyers and sellers in both resales and new construction in Litchfield County and the Farmington Valley. Jean then expanded her real estate expertise during her 17 years as a paralegal, where she worked in residential and commercial real estate, financing, and title claims. Jean concentrates her practice in residential and commercial real estate working with buyers, sellers, lenders, and realtors, and handles all aspects of real estate closings, from initial offers to post-closing concerns, including contract review, drafting and negotiation, title review and resolution.
