Jean-Philippe Côté

Jean-Philippe is a member of our Corporate/Commercial group and practices corporate, securities and mining law. He focuses his practice on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, with a particular emphasis on the mining sector.

He advises clients in the context of equity financings, particularly by way of private placements and prospectus offering, along with accompanying them in going-public transactions on the TSX Venture Exchange and the Canadian Securities Exchange and advises on their follow-on transactions and regulatory filings and obligations.

Over the course of his career, Jean-Philippe has developed a particular experience in relation to equity financings and investments involving the issuance of flow-through shares by exploration stage mining companies for projects across Canada.
