Jennifer Day is a partner in the Intellectual Property Group, the Business Services Group, the Sports, Entertainment and Media Group and the Data Privacy Group. Jennifer assists clients with trademark strategy, the prosecution and maintenance of domestic and international trademarks and trademark licensing, with special focus on clearance searching and evaluation, prosecuting applications and participating in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She also advises clients with respect to domain name issues and advertising keywords, as well as copyright and franchise matters. In addition, Jennifer assists clients with a variety of e-commerce and technology issues. She has extensive experience with software license agreements (both in traditional and software as a service (SaaS) formats), software development agreements and various website agreements, including terms of use and privacy policies.

Before joining Bose McKinney & Evans, Jennifer served as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert H. Staton of the Indiana Court of Appeals and practiced intellectual property law for three years at another firm.
