Jesse Samuel Stavis

Jesse S. Stavis is a member of the Labor & Employment Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Philadelphia office. He represents employers in traditional labor matters, including unfair labor practice charges, arbitrations, and collective bargaining negotiations. Experience: Representative Matters: Defeated attempt to expand existing union by securing withdrawal of election petition.

Oversaw labor relations for nonprofit organization by supervising grievance and arbitration process and providing management training on labor law.

Represented national health care provider in major unionization drive by preparing responses to union requests for information and election petitions.

Advised international company on outsourcing of production and storage operations.

Secured settlement for staffing firm in disability discrimination case

won several pre-hearing motions prior to settlement.

Defended health care consulting firm against numerous charges of employment discrimination.
