Joanna brings extensive experience handling every stage of high-stakes litigation. She has taken and defended dozens of depositions, managed class certification proceedings, and successfully navigated court approval processes for hundreds of class action and complex wage-and-hour matters. Her work reflects a deep command of procedural and substantive law, combined with a tenacious, results-driven approach on behalf of employees.

In her leadership role, Joanna oversees the firm’s briefing and litigation strategy for major appeals, writs, and complex motions. She plays a critical role in shaping the firm’s legal positions and is deeply involved in efforts to develop and strengthen the law in favor of workers. Her strategic insight and meticulous preparation have earned her respect from colleagues, courts, and opposing counsel alike.

Joanna is admitted to practice law in California and New York, all U.S. District Courts in California, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Supreme Court. She has been recognized by the City of Lancaster for excellence in trial advocacy and is an active member of the California Employment Lawyers Association, where she has served as both a panel participant and speaker on significant employment matters.
