Joanne Chua serves as an adviser to startup companies across all growth stages, from formation to pre-seed through late-stage funding, secondary sales, and tender offers. She provides strategic counsel to both entrepreneurs and investors, including angel investors, venture capital firms and corporate venture arms, to identify, evaluate, and advance innovative business opportunities.
