Joe Griffith

Joe Griffith is a trial lawyer who focuses his practice on products liability, financial services, and business litigation. His trial practice is national, extending to both federal and state courts across the country including multidistrict litigations (MDLs). A Past-President of the Dallas Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, Joe is a frequent speaker on issues relating to trial strategy and federal court practice.

Joe is AV Peer Review Rated Preeminent (5.0/5.0) by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. In addition to his professional practice, Joe is a civic leader and involved in numerous community service and bar association activities. He is an active leader of the Federal Bar Association on a local and national level. Nationally, Joe has served a variety of positions including on the Federal Bar Association’s Government Relations Committee. Joe has been recognized by numerous publications for his legal work, including The Best Lawyers in America, D Magazine's Best Lawyers in Dallas, and Texas Super Lawyers.

Joe is a passionate advocate for his clients with experience handling cases ranging from complex commercial litigation to mass torts to high stakes, single-plaintiff cases. By understanding his clients’ business objectives, Joe works with his clients to create and manage a strategic and cost-effective plan at the outset of business disputes.

Following law school, Joe served as a law clerk to The Honorable Frank Montalvo of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.
