Joel S. Rosen is a partner with the law firm and is widely regarded for his litigation skill and experience. Mr. Rosen came to Cohen, Placitella & Roth after a successful career at the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office, where he served as a homicide prosecutor and was the Chief of the Major Trials Unit. While there, he was the lead prosecutor in the Ira Einhorn murder case.
