Notably, Mr. Schwab's legal journey began with substantial litigation and trial experience as the Chief Trial Attorney at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, during his tenure in the U.S. Marine Corps. His military practice also involved representing Marines and Sailors in employment termination hearings, which honed his litigation skills further.

In 2007, Mr. Schwab served as the Battalion Judge Advocate in Fallujah, Iraq, providing legal counsel to a battalion of Marines, advising commanders, and overseeing internal investigations and legal compliance.

Upon his honorable discharge from the Marine Corps, Mr. Schwab continued to thrive in the legal arena. He worked as a partner and group leader in the white collar and government enforcement group of a prominent Pittsburgh-based firm, where he successfully represented government entities, corporations, and individuals in a wide range of criminal and civil litigation and investigations.

Mr. Schwab's commitment to legal education is evident through his role as a faculty member of the National Trial Advocacy College at the University of Virginia School of Law since 2008. He is also a member of the Editorial Board for the Journal of Law and Public Policy at Grove City College.
