John B. Even

John Even is a Shareholder and Director of the law firm of Schmitt Schneck Casey Even & Williams, P.C. and has practiced law in Arizona since 1992. He focuses his practice in the areas of business law, sales and acquisitions, business succession planning, estate planning, wills and trusts, probate, trust administration, guardianships, and conservatorships.

Over the course of his career, John has served as outside counsel for various Arizona businesses, assisting Arizona business owners with the purchase or sale of their businesses, negotiating and drafting countless business contracts, forming various business entities to meet each clients’ particular needs, and helping Arizona business owners with a wide range of other legal issues.
