John C. Wynne

John is a senior litigation attorney at Duckor Spradling Metzger & Wynne. His experience includes the representation of business entities and individuals in business litigation.

John co-chairs the firm’s employment practice group. He has handled numerous employment cases through trial and arbitration on behalf of a wide range of companies. In addition to litigating such cases, he has assisted in negotiating employment and severance agreements on behalf of both management and senior employees. He has over 25 years of experience in this field and has been recognized for years as a top employment litigator in the San Diego area.

He also has extensive litigation and trial experience in real estate, contract intellectual property and trust and estate litigation. He has also litigated a number of intellectual property cases. These include patent, trademark, trade secret, unfair competition and related cases.

John received an AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell for Labor & Employment Law and Intellectual Property for 2012 as published in American Lawyer and Corporate Counsel. He has also been recognized as a San Diego Super Lawyer in 2007-2012 for his employment & labor practice. John was recognized as a San Diego Top Attorney by The Daily Transcript in 2010.
