His educational journey led him to acquire a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Florida International University, followed by a Juris Doctorate Degree from St. Thomas University School of Law.
During his tenure at law school, John's commitment to the legal field was evident as he immersed himself in valuable experiences working for the Federal Government and Florida State Government. His role as a certified legal intern at the Department of Homeland Security, I.C.E., provided him with the invaluable experience of working on various immigration cases. Later in his career, John worked as a certified legal intern at the Miami Dade County State Attorney’s office where he represented the State of Florida in prosecuting cases involving DUI, drug possession, and theft. John worked as an Assistant Town Attorney for Bay Harbor Islands, FL and currently serves as a legal advisor to the City of Sweetwater in Mimi-Dade County.
John's legal practice focuses on Corporate Law, Business Litigation, Contract Negotiations and Contract Disputes. John also offers Business Consulting services for client’s desiring to open a business or purchase an existing business. Complementing his professional endeavors, he actively contributes to the community, volunteering his time at various events within the City of Miami and Miami-Dade County.
