John Kaskey is a founder of the firm and its senior transactional lawyer. John served as a law clerk to Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Anthony M. Kennedy (later Supreme Court Justice Kennedy). John earned a B.S.from Bucknell University in 1978. He graduated from the UOP School of Law, magna cum laude, in 1981, where he was a Member, Order of the Coif and the Traynor Society. He received his LL.M. in Taxation from NYU School of Law in 1982. He has been an Adjunct Professor of Law at Temple University where he taught tax law. John has been admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, California and New York.
