Mr. Britton’s real estate practice includes litigation related to flooding, boundary disputes, contract disputes, lease disputes, and zoning litigation.
Mr. Britton has developed an important niche practice in the area of firearms law. He advises employers regarding firearms issues related to the workplace, assists with carry permits and Federal Firearms Licenses (FFL), advises on gun safety and liability issues, ownership and transportation of firearms, and the legal purchase of NFA weapons. Mr. Britton is also a frequent lecturer in CLE seminars on various gun law issues.
