Based in Tucson, Kastner is a trial attorney whose practice extends throughout Arizona and encompasses insurance defense, insurance coverage, premises liability, municipal liability, catastrophic injury and wrongful death, commercial liability and professional negligence.

Kastner represents insurance carriers in first-party claims. He also represents self-insured businesses and individuals. His experience representing both insureds and insurers provides him with a unique perspective that is further diversified by his tenure as Judge Pro Tem for the Pima County Superior Court.
